ClickUp puts tasks, sprints, Docs, Chat, whiteboards and goals in one workspace. The Free Forever plan has no member or task cap; Unlimited, at $7 per user billed yearly, adds unlimited storage and integrations, guests with permission control and 500 automation rules, and comes to $175 a month for 25 people, the lowest listed figure in this comparison. The security page lists SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001; SAML SSO, SCIM, the audit log, data residency and HIPAA are on Enterprise.

What the public pages show
We read ClickUp's pricing page, its security page and help center articles on pricing, guests, exports, audit logs and data hosting on Oct 15, 2026; we did not sign up for this review. The pricing page lists four plans: Free Forever, Unlimited at $7 per user a month billed yearly ($10 monthly), Business at $12 ($19 monthly) and Enterprise through sales. The FAQ says the whole Workspace upgrades at once and that paid users added mid-cycle are billed pro rata; the help center adds a 30-day refund guarantee for new customers.
The plan table is long. Unlimited adds unlimited storage and integrations, Gantt charts and guests with permission control, with 500 active automation rules and 1,000 automation executions; Business moves to unlimited rules and 5,000 executions a month and adds Google SSO and private Docs. SAML SSO, SCIM, custom roles, the audit log, US, EU and APAC data residency and HIPAA (through sales) are on Enterprise. The security page lists SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, SOC 3 and ISO 27001, 27017, 27018, 27701 and 42001.
One inconsistency: the savings calculator on the same pricing page compares against "Core $8" and "Business $17", names and prices that differ from the plan cards. The help center says some Workspaces see a new set of plans with more ClickUp AI; we used the plans on the cards. AI beyond the included limits is sold per user as Brain AI ($9 a month) or Everything AI ($28).

The Workspace export is a CSV of task data with attachment links rather than files; Docs export one at a time, and bulk Doc export is not yet available.
Pricing reality
ClickUp bills per paid user, members and people invited from inside your organization, for the whole Workspace: Unlimited is $7 a month billed yearly or $10 monthly, Business $12 or $19. For 25 people on Unlimited that is 25 × $7 = $175 a month billed yearly, or $250 monthly; Business comes to $300 billed yearly. Guests from outside the organization use the included guest seats; past those, inviting a guest with permissions adds a paid seat. SAML SSO and the audit log need Enterprise, priced by sales. AI beyond the included limits is sold per user: Brain AI $9 a month, Everything AI $28, with extra AI credits at $10 per 10,000.
Exit path
Admins and owners can export task data from selected Spaces, Folders or Lists as a CSV that includes attachment links and comments. Docs export one at a time as PDF, HTML or Markdown; the help center says bulk Doc export is not yet available. Free Forever and Unlimited can export five List, Table or Form views. The API is on every plan at 100 requests a minute.
