What you're paying for

  • Compliance included (main value)

SAML SSO, SCIM and directory sync for $6 a user, backed by SOC 2, SOC 3 and ISO 27001, 27017 and 27018 on every plan.

Keeper Enterprise gives a 25-person company SAML single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, Active Directory and LDAP sync and role-based policies at a listed $150 a month billed annually, the same figure as Bitwarden, though Enterprise is bought through a quote request. Its plan table lists SOC 2 Type 2, SOC 3 and ISO 27001, 27017 and 27018 on every plan, and the Trust Center offers the SOC 3 report for download. Teams that do not need SSO can start on Business at $4 a user.

  • Certifications listed on every planThe plan table marks SOC 2 Type 2 and SOC 3, and ISO 27001, 27017 and 27018, on Business Starter, Business and Enterprise; the SOC 3 report downloads from the Trust Center.Evidence: Business pricing page and Keeper Trust Center (2026-10-15)
  • Zero knowledge with SSOThe security page says SSO users decrypt their data key on the device with a local private key, and that the cloud cannot decrypt it, so zero knowledge holds with single sign-on.Evidence: Keeper security page (2026-10-15)
  • Pentests on a recent cycleThe Trust Center lists 2026 penetration tests of the admin console, web and desktop vault, browser extension and mobile apps, available on request.Evidence: Keeper Trust Center resources (2026-10-15)
Best for
Companies that need SAML SSO and a long certification list for vendor reviews, and are fine buying Enterprise through a quote.
Good to know
SSO is on Enterprise, bought through a quote request, and SIEM export needs the Advanced Reporting & Alerts add-on.

Bottom lineFrom its public pages, Keeper lists the strongest certification set here and SSO at the lowest listed price, tied with Bitwarden. Its score reflects Enterprise being sold by quote and SIEM export sitting in an add-on.From its public pages, Bitwarden is the most complete package here for a 25-person company that needs SSO: the lowest price, public audits, open-source clients and a self-host option. SSO and policies sit on Enterprise rather than Teams. From its public pages, LastPass Business is a straightforward self-serve buy for SSO, provisioning and SIEM export at $7 a user. Buyers will also weigh the 2022 incident, which LastPass documents on its own pages along with the changes it made. From its public pages, Dashlane is the simplest buy for SSO: one self-serve plan at $8 a user includes it. Plan around annual-only billing and audit reports that need an access request.

Review

Review from public pages

Written from Keeper's public pages (pricing, security or privacy, and docs) as read on Oct 15, 2026. We did not sign up, and no hands-on run is published yet.

What the public pages show

We read Keeper's business pricing page and its secure add-ons page, the business and enterprise trial pages, the security page, the vulnerability disclosure policy and the Keeper Trust Center on Oct 15, 2026; we did not sign up for this review. The pricing page lists three password-management plans, billed annually: Business Starter at $2 a user for 5–10 users, Business at $4 and Enterprise at $6. Business Starter and Business have Buy now buttons; Enterprise has Request a Quote.

The plan table puts SAML 2.0 single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, Active Directory and LDAP sync, identity-provider integrations and the developer APIs on Enterprise only. SIEM integration is marked "ARAM required" on every plan: it needs the Advanced Reporting & Alerts add-on, listed at $12 a user a year. One detail differs within the page: the Business card lists shared team folders as an addition over Business Starter, while the table marks them on all three plans.

The security page says Keeper is HIPAA compliant and, because it cannot access vault data, is not a business associate subject to a BAA. The Trust Center offers the SOC 3 report for download; the SOC 2 report and the 2026 penetration tests need an access request. Both trial pages say no credit card is required, and the business trial runs 14 days.

Strengths

  • SSO at the lowest listed price here

Enterprise is listed at $6 a user billed annually: $150 a month for 25 people.

vs Bitwarden: Bitwarden Enterprise is also $150 for 25 users; LastPass Business is $175 and 1Password Business $224.75.

  • SOC 3 and three ISO certificates

The plan table lists SOC 2 Type 2, SOC 3 and ISO 27001, 27017 and 27018, and the SOC 3 report can be downloaded.

vs Bitwarden: Bitwarden lists ISO 27001 with a public SOC 3; Dashlane lists SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

  • Trial without a card

The business and enterprise trial pages say no credit card is required; the business trial runs 14 days.

vs Bitwarden: Bitwarden’s docs say payment information is entered when a paid organization is created.

  • A low entry price for small teams

Business Starter is $2 a user for 5–10 users, with the admin console, policies and activity reporting.

  • Public bug bounty

Keeper runs a public bug bounty on Bugcrowd alongside its disclosure policy, and its security page names NCC Group and Cybertest as penetration testers.

Things to know

  • SSO through a quote

SAML SSO, SCIM and directory sync are on Enterprise only, which the pricing page sells through a quote request rather than a Buy now button.

  • SIEM export is an add-on

The plan table marks SIEM integration "ARAM required" on every plan; Advanced Reporting & Alerts is $12 a user a year.

Workaround: For 25 users the add-on comes to $25 a month.

  • Recent reports on request

The SOC 2 report and the 2026 penetration tests in the Trust Center need an access request; the SOC 3 report is the one that downloads directly.

  • No self-hosted server or app code

The security page says Keeper’s source code is held privately; its public repositories cover Commander and Secrets Manager, not the vault apps. SSO Connect On-Prem is self-hosted, but no self-hosted vault server is described.

Pricing reality

Keeper bills per user, annually. Business Starter is $2 a user for teams of 5–10, Business $4 and Enterprise $6, through a quote. For 25 people with SSO, Enterprise comes to 25 × $6 = $150 a month, or $1,800 a year, if the quote matches the listed price. Without SSO, Business would be $100 a month.

SIEM integration needs Advanced Reporting & Alerts at $12 a user a year, $25 a month for 25 users, and BreachWatch dark-web alerts are $24 a user a year. Secrets management and connection management are separate add-ons priced by quote.

Compared with

  • Pick Keeper when
You want ISO 27017 and 27018 as well as SOC 2, SOC 3 and ISO 27001, and a trial that states no card is needed.
    Pick Bitwarden when
You want to buy SSO online without a quote, read audit reports without a request, or self-host.
  • Pick Keeper when
You want the lower listed price for SSO ($6 against $7 a user) and SAML 2.0 named on the plan table.
    Pick LastPass when
You want SSO, directory sync and SIEM integration bought online, with no quote or add-on.

Choose it if

  • Your vendor review asks for SOC 3 and ISO 27017 or 27018 alongside SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
  • You need SAML SSO and SCIM and are fine buying through a quote.
  • You have 5–10 people and want an admin console at a low price (Business Starter).

Look elsewhere if

  • You want to buy SSO online without talking to sales.
  • You need SIEM export without an add-on, or a self-hosted server.

Bottom line

From its public pages, Keeper lists the strongest certification set here and SSO at the lowest listed price, tied with Bitwarden. Its score reflects Enterprise being sold by quote and SIEM export sitting in an add-on.
